Caring Darlington College students are fundraising for Children in Need this Week. A tombola, raffle and delicious pick and mix were on offer this Wednesday morning in aid of the annual BBC Charity Day for disadvantaged children.

Student Reece Blewitt donned the bright yellow Pudsey outfit and shook his bucket all over the college to raise money.

Uniformed Public Services students will pound the pavements in a sponsored fancy dress fun run on Thursday which will cover a mile and a half of College grounds. Donations on the day are all welcome!

Look out for further activities on Thursday and Friday in our Central Point area including a guess how many sweets are in the jar competition, bake sales, sweet cones, guess the weight of the cake and don’t forget to drop a few coins in Pudsey’s bucket too!
